We guarantee your satisfaction with the products of Magnific Mart. If you receive a damaged or defective item or wrong product at the time of delivery, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged or defective product without acceptance. Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Magnific Mart! We appreciate your business and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We have implemented the following return policy to make the process as easy and straightforward as possible.


  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at +88 01958 417 079 E-mail: support@magnificmart.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for returning the item(s).

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact. Any items that are not returned in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

  • Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase.

  • We are unable to accept returns on final sale items or items marked as "non-returnable" on our website.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item was damaged or defective. In such cases, please contact our customer service team immediately so we can make arrangements for a replacement item to be shipped to you at no additional cost.

Issuance of Refunds

If your product is eligible for a refund, you can choose your preferred refund method based on the table below. The shipping fee is refunded along with the amount paid for your returned product.

The time required to complete a refund depends on the refund method you have selected. Once we have received your product (07 working days) and it has undergone quality control (03 working days), the expected refund processing times are as follows:
